Appointment for Face-to-face Interview
If you have not provided the required information via self-enumeration mode in the first phase of the data collection period, a census officer will visit your household in the second phase during 16 July to 2 August 2011.
Starting from 8 July 2011, you may book an appointment online using e-Appointment or by calling the Telephone Enquiry Centre at 2153 2011.

You should first complete a simple registration by activating your account online. You can find the information required for account activation on the questionnaire (for short form households) or the notification letter (for long form households). After registration, you can make your e-Appointment.
